2x Paralympic Champion, Multiple World & European Champion, Breast Cancer Campaigner and Motivational Speaker

Erin Kennedy OBE (née Wysocki-Jones) is one of Great Britain’s most decorated Coxswains. Erin won Gold at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, making her the first and only coxswain to hold the Paralympic, World and European Championship titles at one time and was subsequently awarded an MBE in the 2021 New Year’s Honours List for Services to Rowing.

In May 2022, Erin was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 29 competing during chemotherapy, winning Gold at the 2022 European Championships. Erin is returned back to training full-time after receiving the all clear in 2024, became a Paralympic Champion once again.

Erin was awarded an OBE in the 2024 New Year’s Honours List for Services to Rowing and Breast Cancer Awareness. Alongside training for the Los Angeles Games, Erin is an active cancer campaigner and an accomplished motivational speaker.
